    2. Identify Your Ideal wake up time

    Not everyone thrives on waking up extremely early. You may be thinking that waking up early is a must for successful entrepreneurs, but that’s not quite it. Forcing yourself to wake up early could negatively impact productivity and mental health and may increase your stress levels. 

    Some successful entrepreneurs do not wake up so early. Some people are night owls and do not sleep early after all. It’s actually about what works best for you both physically and emotionally. 

    The key is to identify a wake-up time that suits your personal energy patterns. If you’re a night owl, forcing an early wake-up could negatively impact productivity and mental health. Test different wake-up times to discover when you feel most energized and focused.
